Describe your work at Lundbeck

I lead the UK organisation, working with a talented mix of Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Supply, Regulatory and Admin colleagues on a day to day basis to make sure UK patients get access to Lundbeck products when they need them.

How did you choose your career?

I always had a passionate interest in Biology and life sciences at school, took a degree in the Sciences, and although I actually trained to be a Chef at one point in my career, I was drawn to the Pharmaceutical industry and our ability to help patients with unmet needs.

All our employees thrive by pulling in the same direction and working as one team. Andrew Jackson

What drew you to Lundbeck?

Lundbeck's culture is unique.  We are a relatively small organisation in the UK which required everyone to take on many tasks, but all our employees thrive by pulling in the same direction and working as one team.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

The motivated group of people I work with push me everyday - I love working with such passionate individuals who want to do the best for Lundbeck and our patients and will go above and beyond to achieve this.

What makes you proud at work?

I am proud of the culture we have and the company I work for who have a long heritage in Brain Diseases.

What does life outside of work look like?

Outside of work I have a busy family life, with 2 children and an energetic Labrador!  I love cooking, traveling and playing Golf.
