Lundbeck’s senior management and decision-making body

At Lundbeck, we have a two-tier management structure consisting of the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team.

The Board of Directors supervises the performance of the company, its management, and organization, on behalf of the shareholders. It also participates in determining the company strategy.

The Executive Leadership Team is the company’s senior management and decision-making body, and has responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations. The two bodies are independent, and no person serves as a member of both.

Lundbeck’s Executive Leadership Team consists of nine members, led by Charl van Zyl, President & CEO.
