Project Management Office

The team focuses on building the Project Management Office culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long-term strategy. The Project Management Team collaborates very closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating successful implementations.

Data Analytics

The team develops global data analytics, generates ideas, and suggests the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and concerns that should be highlighted to the business. The team also is responsible for creating and delivering presentations to the management team and advising on possible changes and improvements.

Operational Excellence

The team is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency for GBS-managed services, ensuring the delivery of customer-focused solutions and fostering innovation within Lundbeck’s system and solution landscape.
